Wizordum is a premium action game for PC developed by Emberheart Games. It is a first-person shooter that is set in a fantasy world and features pixel graphics. In it, players take on the role of the last remaining mage tasked with saving humanity from the dark chaos threatening to devour everything.

The last wizard
The game takes place in the fantasy world wherein an ancient seal called Terrabruma has shattered, letting the force of Chaos into the realm. The mages of the titular Wizordum Sanctuary aimed to put a stop to the destruction but have all perished. You are the last of the mages left and humanity's last line of defense. Embark on a perilous journey to find the source of the evil.
Combat in Wizordum is a combination of melee and ranged styles across a variety of weapons, including maces, pistols, and elemental magic. Start in the Town of Grimbook and make your way through toxic swamps, icy mountains, and other locations. Each boasts a semi-open map with multiple sub-rooms to explore. Watch out for traps and solve puzzles to get hidden treasures and keys you need to complete each level.
What's more, each level features unique challenges for you to complete to gain bonus rewards. Beat the highest difficulty and get the highest scores to earn a spot in the global leaderboards. Beyond the main campaign, there's a built-in level editor to let you create custom adventures you can share with the community. Now, just be aware this game is still in Early Access, so it's far from being complete.
New features from the Wizordum 1.0 update
Wizordum 1.0 brings the narrative of Wizordum to a close in a way that feels steady and well-paced. You return as the last mage, stepping into six new levels that are carefully designed without feeling too overwhelming. Each one introduces its own setting—lava chambers, icy tunnels, old ruins—but they all stay true to the game’s familiar rhythm of action, exploration, and small surprises tucked along the way.
Alongside the new levels, you get access to three powerful weapons: the Faewood Crossbow, Poison Vials, and the mighty Staff of Chaos. Each tool brings something different to combat, whether it’s speed, strategy, or sheer destructive force. The highlight, though, is the Grimoire—a dark, powerful spellbook that can clear paths with ease. With small improvements across earlier episodes, an easy-to-use level editor, and a growing list of community-made maps, this update leaves the door open for even more adventure.
